Satellite
If you have a satellite dish, we will gladly refasten it to your roof. However, we cannot guarantee the clarity of the signal. If the signal does not promptly return, you may need to consult your service provider.
Payment
Full payment is due on the day the job is completed. We accept only cash or check for the payment. (This would include insurance drafts and credit card checks). If you plan on using an insurance draft for payment, be sure that you have all necessary mortgage edorsements prior to the roof completion. We can assist you with the endorsement, but please notify us ahead of time.
Access
We will need access to your driveway to deliver materials, as well as, park our work trucks. Upon arrival of your roofing materials, the work will normally begin within 1-3 days. We will also need access to an electrical outlet. If there is not a working outlet on the outside of the house, please allow us to run an extension cord through a window or under a garage door for electrical use. Occasionally, the use of a power saw can trip the circuit breaker, so you will want to check your breaker box to be certain that none have been tripped. Also, we greatly appreciate you allowing us to place a job site sign in the yard until the roofing process has been completed.
Caution
While the work is being done, there will likely be loose nails and roofing debris in your yard and driveway. Although we pick up debris and magnetically sweep lose nails, it is your responsibility to insure the safely of your children and pets. Please keep them from the work area until the final cleanup has been completed. Items near the house such as patio furniture, potted plants, bikes, grills, etc., should be relocated. Also, it is very important that you check the vent connections to the water heater, furnace, and stove fan after the completion of the job since vibration during the installation can cause them to become disconnected. We will inspect these for you at your request.
Noise
There will be constant hammering, sawing, material stacking, etc. and the occurring vibration could cause a mirror or picture to fall. Please check and remove any loose or breakable items from walls and shelves. Also, the occurring vibration can cause the expose of sheet rock nails on vaulted ceilings. You can easily recover these nail heads with painter's caulk. Also, be aware that there will be some dust and debris in your attic if your house is being re-decked. You may want to cover your attic area with plastic sheeting during this process.
Supervision
Each of our crews have an experienced foreman overseeing each job. Also, your sales representative will check on the jobs progress and make a final inspection to insure that all of the work has been performed to Dynasty's high standards. In addition, we will closely monitor local weather reports in order to insure the safety of your home during our installation. Thank you very much for your business!
